About

Philips AirPurifier (with CoAP) is a custom integration that controls Philips air purifiers over the local network. It talks to the device over the local CoAP protocol, so it does not depend on a cloud connection. Home Assistant gets fan, humidifier and climate controls for the fan heater function, plus lights, numbers, selects and switches. Sensors cover air quality readings such as PM2.5, gas, allergen index and volatile organic compounds, along with temperature, humidity, water level and filter status. Switches handle child lock, beep and quick drying modes, and selects cover lamp mode, ambient light mode and timer. Devices can be found automatically on the network and are set up in the interface with a hostname or IP address.
