About
Philips Hue Play Sync devices is an integration that controls the Philips Hue Play HDMI sync box and the Screen Sync from Home Assistant. It talks to the device locally, polls it every 3 seconds, and is set up in the UI using the device's IP address and identifier; Home Assistant can also find the device on the network. It adds switches for power, light sync and Dolby Vision compatibility, selects for HDMI input, entertainment area, intensity, LED indicator and sync mode, and a brightness number. Sensors report bridge connection, HDMI input status, Wifi quality and content info, and some of them are disabled by default. Two extra actions are included: one switches the bridge the sync device uses, and the other sets several states in one call so they are applied in the right order. The device should first be working in the Hue app.
