About

Magic Home is a built-in Home Assistant integration that controls Magic Home light controllers over the local network. It adds lights along with buttons, numbers, selects, sensors and switches for settings such as effect speed, operating mode, wiring, white channel and the state after power is restored. Remote handling is covered by a switch for remote access, a sensor for paired remotes and a button that unpairs remotes. Actions set a custom light effect, configure music mode on controllers with a built-in microphone, and set strip zones on Addressable v3 controllers. A custom effect takes a list of colors, a speed and a transition type, and a brightness mode can be chosen in the options. Devices are found automatically on the network, and setup is done in the interface.
