Tado for Home Assistant (built-in integration)

About

Tado is a built-in Home Assistant integration that connects Tado heating and climate devices through the vendor's cloud. It adds climate and water heater entities, along with sensors for outdoor temperature, weather condition, solar percentage, geofencing mode and heating state. Binary sensors report connection state, early start and overlay, a select handles the heating circuit, and a switch controls child lock. Several actions are included: adding a meter reading to Tado Energy IQ, setting a climate temperature offset, and turning climate or water heater entities on for a set time. An options step lets the user choose a fallback mode, and repair notices can appear in Settings under Repairs. Home Assistant can discover it on the network, and it is set up in the UI.
