LG Infrared for Home Assistant (built-in integration)

About

LG Infrared is a built-in integration that controls LG air conditioners and televisions through infrared signals. It sends commands through an infrared emitter entity and can use an infrared receiver entity to pick up signals. For air conditioners, the supported operating modes are chosen during setup, since heat is not available on every model. The air conditioner receiver is optional and lets the state update when the physical remote is used. The integration provides climate, media, button, select, switch and event entities, including remote-style buttons such as Back, Exit, Guide and HDMI inputs, plus Auto clean and Ion generator switches. It is set up in the UI.
