About

Sofabaton Hub is an integration that connects a Sofabaton X2 hub to Home Assistant and works locally. It adds remote and switch entities, and lets activities be switched and their assigned, macro and favorite keys be viewed and controlled. The hub is found automatically on the network, and Home Assistant offers to add it, with a manual option that asks for the hub's MAC address and a name. State changes arrive through MQTT push messages, so a working MQTT broker is required, and the setup asks for the broker address, port and optional login. It is made for the X2 model and is not compatible with the older X1s. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to bug reports.
