About
Tuya Cloud HA Bridge exposes Home Assistant devices in the Tuya app through a virtual gateway in Tuya Cloud. Home Assistant entities are attached to that gateway as sub-devices, so they can be controlled from the app and used with its automation and voice features. Both sides are kept in sync in real time over Tuya Link MQTT, which means the integration depends on the vendor's cloud. Supported entity types include lights, switches, fans, climate, covers, humidifiers, vacuums and water heaters. Setup runs in the Home Assistant interface, where a Tuya Cloud API key is pasted in and a QR code is scanned with the Tuya app to bind the gateway. It also provides an action that runs a standard command on a bound entity.

tuya_cloud_ha_bridge is a Home Assistant custom integration that lets you control your Home Assistant devices directly from the Tuya app, and use the app's automation and voice integration features.
Under the hood, it creates a "virtual gateway" in Tuya Cloud, attaches your Home Assistant devices to it as sub-devices, and keeps both sides in sync in real time over Tuya Link MQTT.
