About

Tuya Sensors is an integration that reads sensor data from Tuya Cloud into Home Assistant. It adds sensor entities for devices that the built-in Tuya integration does not yet support. Data is fetched through the Tuya cloud with the tuya-connector-python library, so a cloud connection is required. Setup in the interface asks for an API key, API secret, region, device IDs as a comma-separated list, and an update interval. Several device IDs can be listed, or the options can be left to cover all devices. Options let the update interval be changed and sensor types be included or excluded.

This Home Assistant integration allows you to connect and read sensor data from Tuya Cloud using the tuya-connector-python library. It supports both UI-based configuration (config flow) and manual setup via configuration.yaml.
Read sensor data from Tuya Cloud.

Setup via Home Assistant UI or configuration.yaml.
Works with sensors that are not yet supported through the official Tuya Integration on Home Assistant.
