About
UniFi AP is a built-in Home Assistant integration for Ubiquiti access points that tracks device presence. It adds presence detection to Home Assistant and communicates with the access point locally, without a cloud connection. Setup is done in the user interface, where the host, port, username and password of the access point are entered. If an older YAML configuration fails to import because the connection cannot be made, a notice appears in the Repairs section of Settings. Nothing extra needs to be installed, since the integration ships with Home Assistant.
