About
System monitor is a built-in integration that reports host system details from the machine running Home Assistant. It adds sensors and binary sensors, including fan speed, battery empty, and CPU and IO pressure readings that cover several averaging windows as well as a total. Running processes can be selected from a list, or entered as custom values, so each chosen process gets its own sensor. It works locally and is set up in the UI, with nothing extra to install. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
