Brother Printer for Home Assistant (built-in integration)

About

Brother Printer is a built-in integration that reads status and supply data from Brother printers. It adds binary sensors for conditions such as an open door, paper jam, low toner or ink, empty paper, and a full output tray. Sensors cover supply levels, drum life and remaining pages, and page counts for black and white and color printing. Communication stays local, using SNMP with a host, port and community setting, and a printer type where one is needed. Home Assistant can discover a printer on the network and offer to add it, and setup is done in the UI. Connection settings can be changed later without removing the printer, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded for bug reports.
