About
Unifi Access is an integration that connects Home Assistant to a Ubiquiti UniFi Access controller over the local network. It adds doors as locks, door position sensors, doorbell sensors, event entities and a thumbnail image, with updates pushed by websocket unless polling is chosen. Doors on a Unifi Gate Hub can be switched between a lock, a garage door and a gate, which brings in a cover, opening and closing timeouts and a clear obstruction button. Switches cover evacuation and lockdown, and a double-driveway mode can be enabled for selected dual-motor gate doors. Setup happens in the UI with the controller host and an API token created in the UniFi Access settings. Camera feeds are not supported, and setups using UID may not work.

Setting it up
Install it from the Marketplace and restart Home Assistant, then add it under Settings, Devices and services.

- Double-driveway (dual-relay) doorsSelect any UA Hub Gate doors that are actually wired to drive two independent gate motors. A UGT hub can service other doors (e.g. a pedestrian gate) that share its hub type but aren't wired this way — only doors selected here will get the Double-Driveway Mode switch.
