About

Bosch Alarm is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to a Bosch alarm panel over the local network. It adds alarm panels for areas, binary sensors for panel conditions such as AC failure, phone line failure and whether an area is ready to arm, and sensors for burglary, fire and gas alarm issues and faulting points. Switches cover door states: momentarily unlocked, locked and secured. An action sets the date and time on the panel. Home Assistant can discover the panel on the network and offer to add it, and setup is done in the UI with the panel's host, port and codes. Connection settings can be changed later without removing the integration, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded for bug reports.
