About
Bosch SHC is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to a Bosch Smart Home Controller over the local network. It adds binary sensors, covers, events, numbers, selects, sensors, switches and valves for the devices paired with the controller. Switches include break function, child lock, energy-saving mode, intrusion alarm, camera light and pet immunity. Sensors report air quality, communication quality, humidity rating, open doors and windows, and valve motor status. Number settings cover break function timeout, energy-saving power threshold and pulse length, and a select sets siren volume. Home Assistant can discover the controller on the network, and setup happens in the UI using the controller's host and password.
