About

Huawei Mesh Router is an integration that controls Huawei mesh routers over the local network. It reports on all routers and connected devices in the mesh, including connection details such as frequency, signal strength and transfer rates, and which router each device uses. Devices can be tracked, tagged and assigned to router-specific zones, so automations can use the number of tagged devices per router or across the whole network. Wi-Fi access control is covered by switches for each client device, a guest network, website filtering, port mapping and internet access time, plus actions to edit the whitelist and blacklist. It also provides reboot buttons, sensors for uptime and internet connection, and events when devices connect, disconnect or move between routers. Setup is done in the UI with the router host, port and login details.
