About
Huawei LTE is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to Huawei LTE routers over the local network. It adds binary sensors, buttons, sensors, selects, switches, presence tracking and an SMS notification service. Readings include mobile signal details, connection traffic and Wi-Fi status, while switches control mobile data and the guest Wi-Fi network. A select changes the preferred network mode, and a button clears traffic statistics. Two actions suspend and resume the integration, which logs it out of the router so the web interface can be used from a browser. Options cover default SMS recipients, tracking wired clients and an unauthenticated mode with limited features. Home Assistant can discover the router on the network, and setup is done in the UI.
