About

Daikin Altherma HVAC is an integration for controlling Daikin Altherma heat pumps through a LAN adapter. It talks to the device locally, so no internet connection is needed. It targets the BRP069A62 adapter, is expected to work with the BRP069A61, and has been tested with a D2CND unit using a DRGATEWAYAA gateway. For water heating, it reads and sets the target temperature, reads the water temperature, and turns heating on or off. For space heating, it covers operation state, leaving water temperature and its offset, indoor and outdoor temperature, and works with both weather dependent and fixed modes. Home Assistant can discover the adapter on the network and offer to add it, with setup done in the UI by entering the host.

This HA integration is for BRP069A62 (should work with BRP069A61) Daikin Altherma LAN adapter. Also, it has been successfully tested with D2CND with gateway DRGATEWAYAA.
The integration connects to device locally, thus internet connection is not required.
