About

GO DAIKIN connects Daikin air conditioners to Home Assistant through the GO DAIKIN cloud service. It discovers the air conditioners on an account and adds them as devices with climate control for cool, dry and fan modes, temperature, fan speed, swing and preset modes. Sensors report power, indoor and outdoor temperature, and energy use, and a switch controls the status LED where the unit supports it. A mold-proof switch is simulated by the integration: after the unit is turned off from cool or dry mode, it runs the fan for a set time, 60 minutes by default, which can be changed in the options. Setup happens in the UI with the account email and password, and the project states it is unofficial and not affiliated with Daikin.
