About

TP-Link Deco is an integration that polls TP-Link Deco mesh systems locally for tracking, control and diagnostics. It logs into the admin web interface of the Deco routers and adds device trackers for both the Deco units and the clients connected to them. Each Deco gets its own device, and non-master units show as connected through the master. Sensors report CPU and memory usage in raw and smoothed forms, along with backhaul and network diagnostics and coordinator health such as response time and last error. Polling can be paused and resumed through services or a switch, and the update interval can be changed with a select entity; a service also reboots chosen Decos. An option controls whether client trackers are linked to devices from other integrations by MAC address, and setup is done in the UI.
