About
Sony Bravia TV is a built-in integration that lets Home Assistant control Sony Bravia televisions over the local network. It adds media player, remote and button entities, including a button that terminates running apps on the TV. Home Assistant can discover the TV on the network and offer to add it, and setup is done in the interface by entering the TV's host name or IP address. Authorization works with either a PIN code or a pre-shared key, and an SSL connection can be turned on. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
