About
Azure Storage is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to a Microsoft Azure storage account. It talks to the Microsoft cloud, so it needs an internet connection to work. Setup happens in the UI, where the account name, container name and storage account key are entered. The container is created if it does not already exist. Connection settings such as the container name and account key can be changed later without removing the entry, and the key can be reauthenticated. If the storage container cannot be found, a notice appears in Settings under Repairs.
