About
SolaX Inverter Modbus is a Home Assistant integration that reads and controls SolaX Power inverters over Modbus. It connects locally over RS485 serial or Modbus TCP, and it can also use a Modbus hub already managed by Home Assistant. It adds buttons, numbers, selects, sensors, switches and time entities. Setup options cover the inverter type, maximum inverter power, polling intervals, and optional features such as emergency power, a dry contact box, an external generator, parallel mode, and a datahub for power control. Readout of battery modules can be switched on. Some models from other brands, including AlphaESS, Growatt, Sofar and Solis, are also supported, while a few brands are marked as work in progress. Configuration is done in the UI, and the Marketplace is needed to install it.
