About
Electricity Maps is a built-in integration that reports the carbon intensity of the electricity grid. It adds sensors for CO2 intensity and for the percentage of the grid supplied by fossil fuels. Data comes from the Electricity Maps cloud service, so an internet connection and the vendor's service are required. Setup happens in the UI, where an API key is entered and the location is chosen by coordinates or by a zone key. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
