About
TSUN Local is a Home Assistant integration that reads TSUN solar micro-inverters over the local network. It talks directly to the inverter, with no cloud service and no proxy in the data path, and it only reads data without writing any inverter configuration. It adds sensors, binary sensors for inverter online status and alarm state, and a button to refresh data on demand. Active alarms are shown as readable descriptions with stable protocol position codes, and unknown positions stay visible with neutral wording. Polling is adaptive, with separate intervals for normal operation, after an error and while offline or at night. Advanced diagnostic entities are disabled by default, and setup is done in the UI by entering an address manually or using discovery.
