About
Cloudflare Speed Test is an integration that runs internet speed tests against Cloudflare and reports the results as sensors. The sensors cover latency, jitter, download and upload speeds at several payload sizes, a 90th percentile download figure, and the ISP and IP address. Each result also carries the city, region and code of the test server. A test runs every hour by default, and the interval, connection timeout, read timeout and the set of tests can be changed in the options. Limiting the tests, for example to latency and jitter only or to small payloads, reduces the data used. Polling can also be switched off so that an automation triggers the update at a chosen time, and it is added through the UI.
