About
Google Health is a built-in integration that brings health and fitness data from a Google account into Home Assistant as sensors. The sensors cover active calories, body fat, calories consumed, floors, water intake, resting heart rate, and the time of the last sync. Sleep readings are included too, such as time asleep, time awake, time in bed, time to fall asleep, and time after waking up. Data comes through the vendor's cloud, and the connection is made through the vendor's own sign-in page. New devices appear without setting the integration up again, and devices that are gone are removed automatically. It is set up in the UI, its connection settings can be changed later without removing it, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded for bug reports.
