About

Withings is a built-in integration that brings Withings health and activity data into Home Assistant through the vendor's cloud. It provides sensors for daily activity such as steps, distance travelled, elevation change, active time, and calories burnt. Further sensors cover readings like average heart rate, average respiratory rate, and battery level. A binary sensor reports whether someone is in bed, and a calendar lists workouts. Setup happens in the UI, with application credentials and the vendor's own sign-in page handling authentication. A diagnostics file can be downloaded to attach to a bug report.
