Xiaomi Smartmi Fan Card

Xiaomi Smartmi Fan Card is a dashboard card for controlling Xiaomi Smartmi fans from a Home Assistant dashboard. It shows a fan with CSS animation of the blades and of the oscillation movement. The card has toggles for oscillation, natural mode, child lock and sleep mode. It can also cycle through speed level, oscillation angle and timer duration. By default it works with the native Xiaomi Miio integration, and it also supports the Xiaomi Mi Smart Pedestal Fan integration for models the native one does not cover yet. The card is configured through the dashboard UI, and it relies on the standard Home Assistant speeds flag to work with a wide range of fans.
