About
Zyxel is a Marketplace integration that connects Home Assistant to Zyxel devices over the local network. It adds buttons and sensors, which are generated dynamically and vary from one device to another depending on what the device exposes. Setup happens in the UI, where the host, a username (usually admin) and a password are entered. The device must be reachable from the Home Assistant instance on the same local network, with HTTP access enabled in its settings. The README lists a number of confirmed working models and says many more may be compatible. It builds on the n7101 library by pkorpine, and the project is looking for maintainers.
