About

Electrolux is a cloud-based integration that connects Electrolux appliances to Home Assistant for monitoring and control. It also covers Electrolux-owned brands such as AEG, Frigidaire and +home, and it reads status updates in real time through a streaming connection. Entities are created from the capabilities each appliance reports, and the integration adds sensors, switches, buttons, numbers, selects, fans, climate and vacuum controls. Remote commands are checked against the appliance's safety locks, and an extra action starts zone-based cleaning on a PUREi9 robot vacuum. Values that appear only in reported state need a catalog entry to get the right unit and device class, and the diagnostics download supplies the data for that. Setup happens in the UI with an API key, access token and refresh token, and the project states it was not made by Electrolux.
