About

Octopus Germany is a Marketplace integration that brings Octopus Energy Germany account data into Home Assistant. It provides sensors, binary sensors and switches covering account balances, electricity tariff prices, grid fees, agreement history, smart meter readings and smart charging sessions. Tariff support includes simple, time of use, dynamic and heat tariffs, and gas contracts and meter data are also tracked. An action exports an electricity cost report as a CSV file or as a package with an offline formula spreadsheet and quarter-hour measurements. Several accounts and devices such as EV chargers and heat pumps can be used under one integration. It connects through the vendor's cloud with an email and password, is set up in the UI, and offers options for polling intervals. The project states it is not affiliated with Octopus Energy.
