About
HA Supertronics HAT UPS X120x connects the SupTronics X1200, X1201 and X1202 UPS HAT on a Raspberry Pi 5 to Home Assistant. It works locally and is set up in the UI, with the hardware settings (I2C bus and address, GPIO chip path and pins) available in the setup and options steps. Sensors report battery percentage, battery voltage and battery state, and a binary sensor shows whether AC power is present. Two switches allow manual charging control and turn automatic charging on or off. Automatic charging stops and resumes at thresholds with hysteresis, and two number entities let those thresholds be changed; the defaults are stop at 100% and resume at 95%. The AC detection input can be inverted, and the polling interval is configurable.

From the README
A practical Home Assistant integration for the SupTronics X1200, X1201 and X1202 UPS HAT on Raspberry Pi 5.
This project started from a simple goal: make the board behave the way people actually expect it to behave inside Home Assistant. That means exposing the useful battery data, keeping the setup straightforward, and fixing the annoying part where charging does not stop automatically at full charge.
