About
EVC-net (Last Mile Solutions) monitors and controls EV charging stations that are connected to the EVC-net platform. It adds sensors for charging status, power consumption, energy usage and the charging log, a switch to start and stop charging sessions, and buttons for soft or hard reset, unlock connector, block or unblock, and refresh status. Stations with several connectors can optionally get per-channel sensors and switches, with a setting for the maximum number of channels. Data is polled from the vendor's cloud every 30 seconds, and the refresh button or action gives an immediate update. Starting a charge can use an RFID card ID, which can be entered during setup or detected from a manually started session. Setup is done in the UI with the platform base URL, email and password, and testing was mainly on 50five endpoints.
