About

Pod Point is a Home Assistant integration for Pod Point Solo and Solo 3 charging points. It shows basic information from the charger through sensors, binary sensors and update entities, and adds a switch that enables or disables charging by controlling the charging schedule. Sensors cover pod status, cable status, energy, cost and firmware, and the cost sensors use a currency that can be chosen in the options. The polling interval can be changed, and verbose HTTP logging can be turned on. The charging switch stays inactive while the pod is in manual or override charge mode, since a schedule has no effect there. It connects through the vendor's cloud with an email address and password, is set up in the UI, and pods can also be found automatically on the network.
