About
Vacuum Water Monitor estimates how much clean water is left in a robot vacuum's tank and works with a bundled dashboard card. It builds the estimate from what the vacuum already reports to Home Assistant, such as machine states, cleaned area, duration, mode and tank alerts, so no extra hardware is needed. The estimate is calibrated automatically from the dock's empty signal, and each value is labelled as measured, manufacturer data, a derived estimate or unknown. It adds a cleanings-left sensor, a tank size number, a switch for refilling from the dock automatically, and buttons to mark the tank refilled or empty. Low-water and critical-water thresholds can be set, and an action marks the tank as refilled from automations or scripts. It runs locally and is set up in the UI.

From the README
Track how much water is left in your robot vacuum's mop water tank — and get refill reminders — without any extra hardware. The integration estimates water usage from what your vacuum already reports to Home Assistant (machine states, cleaned area, duration, mode and tank alerts) and exposes it as sensors plus a bundled dashboard card.
Home Assistant restarts preserve a complete balance after an observed completed cleaning/wash session. Interruptions during active cleaning or washing still require continuous evidence; unchanged floor area alone cannot prove that no water was used for washing. An already incomplete balance keeps its recorded reason and is not silently repaired by an update.
