ENTSO-e Transparency Platform

ENTSO-e Transparency Platform fetches day ahead electricity prices for European countries from the ENTSO-e service. It adds sensors for the current price, the next hour price, and the average, highest and lowest price of the day, plus the times of the highest and lowest prices. The average price sensor carries attributes with all prices, which can be drawn in a graph such as an ApexChart card, and the sensors can drive automations that switch equipment. An optional price modifier template can add costs such as fixed fees and VAT, or convert the currency, and VAT can also be entered as a tariff. A calculation method setting decides when the minimum, maximum and average values update: sliding every hour, on publish of new data, or at midnight rotation. It relies on the vendor's cloud, needs an ENTSO-e API key, and is configured in the UI.
