A Home Assistant custom integration that sends layouts to Bluetooth Low Energy electronic shelf labels.
Use one Home Assistant action to send calendars, weather, sensor readings or photos to e-paper tags over Bluetooth. Tags can run for months to years on one battery without a gateway, cloud service or wiring.
- Write layouts with ble_esl.write using imagespec elements and Jinja templates. ble_esl.write_guarded skips unchanged images, respects Write Lock and debounces bursts.
- ESL Manager, a sidebar dashboard and visual designer that exports the same payload as YAML.
- Failure sensors and a diagnostics download that say at which stage a write failed and through which radio.
