About
Zaptec EV charger is an integration that connects Zaptec chargers to Home Assistant through the Zaptec cloud API. It can start and stop charging, authorize or deauthorize a session, restart the charger and trigger a firmware upgrade. Sensors report status, phase currents, charger mode and energy from completed sessions. Numbers adjust available current, the charger's maximum and minimum current and the status indicator brightness. Switches cover charging, authorization required and the permanent cable lock. Setup happens in the UI with a Zaptec portal username and password, an optional entity prefix and an option to pick which chargers to add.
