About

Hydro-Peak is an integration that tracks Hydro-Québec winter peak events, including Winter Credit and Flex-D offers. It retrieves event windows and preheat periods from Hydro-Québec's public open data, without a customer account or login. Binary sensors show whether a peak or a preheat period is in progress, plus whether a morning or afternoon peak falls today or tomorrow. Timestamp sensors give the event start and end, the preheat start, and the beginning and end of the anchor period. The schedule refreshes during the day so automations can use current times. Setup happens in the UI, where the offer and the preheating duration in minutes are chosen, and the duration can be changed later in the options.
