About
Enphase Energy is a cloud-based integration that connects Enphase solar, battery and EV charger systems to Home Assistant. It covers the gateway, batteries, EV chargers, heat pumps and microinverters, and each category can be switched on or off during setup and later in the options. Site and battery energy readings are meant for the Energy Dashboard, and a tool is included to carry over history from the core Enphase Envoy integration. Controls include EV charging, battery reserve levels, battery schedules, Storm Guard, grid mode changes confirmed by a one-time code, and editable tariffs. Optional extras are site weather, system event calendars, repair notices for cloud problems, and device triggers for charging started, stopped, plugged in and unplugged. Setup happens in the UI with an Enlighten account sign-in that supports multi-factor codes, and polling intervals are adjustable.
