About

V2C is a built-in Home Assistant integration for the V2C Trydan EVSE charger, working locally. It adds binary sensors for charging, connected and ready states, plus sensors for charge power, charge energy, charge time, house power, photovoltaic power and battery power. Controls include numbers for intensity, maximum and minimum intensity, a charge mode selector, and two lights named Light LED and Logo LED. Switches cover dynamic intensity modulation, locking the charger, pausing a session, pausing dynamic control modulation and a charge point timer. Setup is done in the UI by entering the hostname or IP address of the charger. A repair notice can appear in Settings when a deprecated sensor is detected, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded for bug reports.
