About

pyLoad is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to a pyLoad download manager over the local network. It adds sensors for active downloads, downloads in queue, total downloads, speed and free space. Buttons can abort all running downloads, delete finished files and packages, restart failed files and restart the pyLoad core. Two switches pause or resume the queue and toggle auto-reconnect. Setup is done in the UI with an API key, and a URL and an option to verify the SSL certificate; username and password are deprecated for newer pyLoad versions. Connection settings can be changed later without removing the integration, and a diagnostics file can be downloaded for bug reports.
