About
Spain electricity hourly pricing (PVPC) is a built-in Home Assistant integration that provides electricity price sensors. It relies on the vendor's cloud for its data, so an internet connection is needed. Setup is done in the UI, where a sensor name, contracted power in kW, and contracted power for the valley period P3 can be entered. The applicable tariff is chosen by geographic zone. An optional ESIOS personal API token can be enabled for private access, and it can be re-authenticated or disabled later. The contracted power values and the token option can also be changed afterwards in the options.
