About
myStrom is a built-in integration that connects myStrom devices to Home Assistant over the local network. It adds binary sensors, lights, sensors and switches for the connected device. The sensors cover average consumption, energy since boot and the time of the last restart. Home Assistant can find a device on the network by itself and offer to add it. Setup runs in the UI and asks for the hostname or IP address of the device, plus a name.
