About
Google Air Quality is a built-in integration that reads air quality data for a chosen location from Google's cloud service. It adds sensors for pollutants such as ammonia, benzene and non-methane hydrocarbons, along with the air quality index, its category and the dominant pollutant. Universal Air Quality Index values, with their own category and dominant pollutant, are also provided. A custom local air quality index can be enabled, based on a target index and the country of the location. An action returns an air quality forecast for a configured location. Setup is done in the UI with an API key tied to a Google billing account, plus the location coordinates and a name.
