About
Awair is a built-in Home Assistant integration for Awair air quality monitors that reads their data as sensors. It works locally, so readings come from the device on the home network. Sensors include dew point, an air quality score and sound level. Home Assistant can discover the device on the network and offer to add it. Setup is done in the UI, with an option that asks for the device IP address and another that uses an access token tied to an email address. Nothing extra needs to be installed because it ships with Home Assistant.
