About
BTHome is a built-in integration that works locally with devices using the BTHome format. It adds binary sensors, events and sensors to Home Assistant, covering readings such as acceleration, dew point, direction, gyroscope, light level, rotation and rotational speed. Button, command and dimmer events are also available. Home Assistant finds compatible devices on the network by itself and offers to add them, and setup runs in the UI, with a bindkey step for devices that need one. Its devices can start automations directly through device triggers, and the integration can show notices in Settings under Repairs.
