About
Amber Electric is a built-in integration that connects Home Assistant to the Amber Electric energy retailer's cloud service. It adds binary sensors and sensors for an Amber site, and it includes an action that retrieves price forecasts for that site. Setup happens in the UI, where an API token is entered and a site is chosen by its ID, NMI and name. Because it relies on the vendor's cloud, an internet connection is required for it to work.
