About
SmartRent is a custom integration that connects SmartRent locks, thermostats, sensors and switches to Home Assistant. It exposes the devices through binary sensor, climate, light, lock, sensor and switch platforms. The README lists support for leak sensors, motion sensors and light switches in addition to locks and thermostats. It talks to the vendor's cloud and relies on the smartrent-py library. Setup happens in the UI with the account email and password, plus an optional two-factor code.
