About

Oral-B Live is a local Home Assistant integration for Oral-B iO toothbrushes and iO Sense chargers. It adds sensors for live brushing timer, pressure, pacer and mode, and keeps the latest session summary and daily session count. Battery, brush-head, display and charger diagnostics are also exposed where the device supports them, without using the Oral-B cloud. A connection option sets how data is collected: through the iO Sense charger, which leaves the brush available to the charger and phone app, or directly from the toothbrush for the fastest updates. Direct mode blocks the charger display and phone app from connecting, because the brush accepts only one Bluetooth client at a time. Home Assistant can discover the device on the network, and setup is done in the UI.

From the README

Local live brushing data for Oral-B iO toothbrushes and iO Sense chargers in Home Assistant.

Oral-B Live combines passive Bluetooth updates, a direct toothbrush connection, an iO Sense charger bridge, and the brush's retained session summary. It provides live timer, pressure, pacer and mode entities, persists the latest-session summary and daily session count, and exposes supported battery, brush-head, display and charger diagnostics without using the Oral-B cloud.
